  1. (a)The requirements of § 60.24(b)(2) of this chapter are not met since the test methods and procedures for determining compliance with the sulfuric acid mist emission standards are not specified.
  2. (b)Emissions from sulfuric acid plants must be measured by the methods in appendix A to part 60, or by equivalent or alternative methods as defined in § 60.2 (t) and (u) respectively.
