  1. (a)The plan submitted on April 14, 2000 applies to all existing HMIWIs located in Maryland for which construction was commenced on or before June 20, 1996.
  2. (b)The January 10, 2013 submittal applies to all existing HMIWIs as defined in the approved Maryland Section 111(d)/129 plan.
