  1. (a)The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality submitted on April 25, 2003, a letter certifying that there are no existing commercial/industrial solid waste incineration units within the Department's jurisdiction that are subject to 40 CFR part 60, subpart DDDD.
  2. (b)The Maricopa County Environmental Services Department submitted on February 4, 2003, a letter certifying that there are no existing commercial/industrial solid waste incineration units within the Department's jurisdiction that are subject to 40 CFR part 60, subpart DDDD.
  3. (c)The Pima County Air Quality District submitted on February 5, 2003, a letter certifying that there are no existing commercial/industrial solid waste incineration units within the District's jurisdiction that are subject to 40 CFR part 60, subpart DDDD.
  4. (d)The Pinal County Air Quality Control District submitted on January 24, 2003, a letter certifying that there are no existing commercial/industrial solid waste incineration units within the District's jurisdiction that are subject to 40 CFR part 60, subpart DDDD.
