  1. (a)The Washoe County Department of Health submitted on May 7, 1997 a letter certifying that there are no existing municipal solid waste landfills in Washoe County subject to 40 CFR part 60, subpart Cc.
  2. (b)The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection submitted on June 3, 1998 and May 21, 1999 the State of Nevada's Section 111(d) Plan for Existing Municipal Solid Waste Landfills.
