  1. (a)The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources submitted on December 1, 1977, a letter certifying that there are no existing phosphate fertilizer plants in the State subject to part 60, subpart B of this chapter.
  2. (b)The Allegheny County Bureau of Air Pollution Control submitted a letter on August 18, 1978 certifying that there are no phosphate fertilizer plants in the County subject to part 60, subpart B of this chapter.
  3. (c)The City of Philadelphia Air Management Services submitted on February 22, 1985, a letter certifying that there are no existing phosphate fertilizer plants in the City subject to part 60, subpart B of this chapter.
