40 CFR §63.1094 — What waste streams are exempt from the requirements of this subpart?

The types of waste described in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section are exempt from this subpart.
  1. (a)Waste in the form of gases or vapors that is emitted from process fluids.
  2. (b)Waste that is contained in a segregated storm water sewer system.
