  1. (a)All the provisions in part 61, subpart A of this chapter apply to this subpart.
  2. (b)The provisions in subpart A of this part, applicable to this subpart are specified in paragraphs (b)(1) and (2) of this section.

    2. (2)§ 63.1(b) except paragraph (b)(3), §§ 63.1(c) and 63.1(e).
  3. (c)Section 63.11885 specifies which parts of the General Provisions in subpart A of this part apply to you.
