  1. (a)If you own or operate an existing affected source, you must achieve compliance with the applicable provisions of this subpart by June 22, 2009.
  2. (b)If you start up a new affected source on or before December 23, 2008, you must achieve compliance with the applicable provisions of this subpart by no later than December 23, 2008.
  3. (c)If you start up a new affected source after December 23, 2008, you must achieve compliance with the applicable provisions of this subpart upon startup of your affected source.
