  1. (a)For asphalt processing operations, you must meet the emission limits specified in Table 1 of this subpart.
  2. (b)For asphalt roofing manufacturing lines, you must meet the applicable emission limits specified in Table 2 of this subpart.
  3. (c)These standards apply at all times.
