You must meet one of the requirements in paragraph (a) or (b) of this section that apply to you. These standards apply at all times.
  1. (a)You must meet one of the emission standards in Table 1 of this subpart and the management practices in § 63.11584(a) through (c) of this subpart, or
  2. (b)You must demonstrate that the particulate matter concentration of each of the process vent streams from equipment in target HAP service within a chemical preparation operation will not exceed 0.03 gr/dscf and meet the management practices in § 63.11584(d).
