40 CFR §63.1620

1. (a)You are subject to this subpart if you own or operate a new or existing ferromanganese and/or silicomanganese production facility that is a major source or is co-located at a major source of hazardous air pollutant emissions.
2. (b)You are subject to this subpart if you own or operate any of the following equipment as part of a ferromanganese and/or silicomanganese production facility:
   1. (1)Electric arc furnace;
   2. (2)Casting operations;
   3. (3)Metal oxygen refining (MOR) process;
   4. (4)Crushing and screening operations;
   5. (5)Outdoor fugitive dust sources.
3. (c)A new affected source is any of the equipment listed in paragraph (b) of this section for which construction or reconstruction commenced after June 30, 2015.
4. (d)Table 1 of this subpart specifies the provisions of subpart A of this part that apply to owners and operators of ferromanganese and silicomanganese production facilities subject to this subpart.
5. (e)If you are subject to the provisions of this subpart, you are also subject to title V permitting requirements under 40 CFR part 70 or 71, as applicable.
6. (f)Emission standards in this subpart apply at all times.
