40 CFR §63.215

1. (a)All the provisions in 40 CFR part 61, subpart A of this chapter, apply to this subpart.
2. (b)The provisions in subpart A of this part also apply to this subpart as specified in paragraphs (b)(1) through (4) of this section.
   1. (1)The general applicability provisions in § 63.1(a)(1) through (8) and (13) through (14).
   2. (2)The specific applicability provisions in § 63.1(b) through (e) except for the reference to § 63.10 for recordkeeping procedures.
   3. (3)The construction and reconstruction provisions in § 63.5 except for the references to § 63.6 for compliance procedures and the references to § 63.9 for notification procedures.
   4. (4)The specific notification procedure of § 63.9(j) and (k) relating to a change in major source status.
