You must comply with this subpart if you meet the criteria in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section:
  1. (a)You own or operate a drying and curing oven at a wet-formed fiberglass mat production facility.
  2. (b)Your drying and curing oven or the facility at which your drying and curing oven is located is a major source of hazardous air pollutants (HAP). A major source is any stationary source or group of stationary sources located within a contiguous area and under common control that emits or can potentially emit, considering controls, in the aggregate, 9.07 megagrams (10 tons) or more per year of a single HAP or 22.68 megagrams (25 tons) or more per year of any combination of HAP.
