  1. (a)You must demonstrate continuous compliance with the emission standards in § 63.5305 by following the requirements in paragraphs (a)(1) and (2) of this section:
    1. (1)You must collect and monitor data according to the procedures in your plan for demonstrating compliance as specified in § 63.5325.
    2. (2)If you use an emission control device, you must comply with § 63.982(a)(2) (subpart SS of this part) and collect the monitoring data as specified therein.
    3. (3)You must maintain your compliance ratio less than or equal to 1.00, as specified at § 63.5330.
  2. (b)You must report each instance in which you did not meet the emission standards in § 63.5305. These deviations must be reported according to the requirements in § 63.5420(b).
  3. (c)You must conduct the initial compliance demonstration before the compliance date that is specified for your source in § 63.5295.
