40 CFR §63.5530

1. (a)You must demonstrate initial compliance with each emission limit and work practice standard that applies to you according to Table 3 to this subpart. You must also install and operate the monitoring equipment according to the requirements in § 63.5545 that apply to you.
2. (b)You must establish each site-specific operating limit in Table 2 to this subpart that applies to you according to the requirements in § 63.5535 and Table 4 to this subpart UUUU.
3. (c)You must submit the Notification of Compliance Status Report containing the results of the initial compliance demonstration according to the requirements in § 63.5575 and Table 7 to this subpart UUUU.
