  1. (a)You must use carpet and fabric adhesives that contain no more than 5 percent organic HAP by weight.
  2. (b)To demonstrate compliance with the emission limit in paragraph (a) of this section, you must determine and record the organic HAP content of the carpet and fabric adhesives using the methods in § 63.5758.
