You have demonstrated initial compliance if you certify in your notification of compliance status that you have met the requirements of paragraphs (a) through (d) of this section:
  1. (a)You have prepared the operation and maintenance plans according to the requirements in § 63.7300(b) and (c);
  2. (b)You will operate each by-product coke oven battery and each capture system and control device applied to pushing emissions from a coke oven battery according to the procedures in the plans beginning no later than the compliance date that is specified in § 63.7283;
  3. (c)You have prepared a site-specific monitoring plan according to the requirements in § 63.7331(b); and
  4. (d)You submit a notification of compliance status according to the requirements in § 63.7340(e).
