40 CFR §63.784

1. (a)Each owner or operator of an existing affected source shall comply within two years after the effective date of this subpart.
2. (b)Each owner or operator of an existing unaffected area source that increases its emissions of (or its potential to emit) HAP such that the source becomes a major source that is subject to this subpart shall comply within 1 year after the date of becoming a major source.
3. (c)Each owner or operator of a new or reconstructed source shall comply with this subpart according to the schedule in § 63.6(b).
