  1. (a)For the purposes of this subpart, when you read the term “HAP listed in Table 1 of this subpart” in a cross-referenced section under 40 CFR part 63, subpart DD—National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Off-Site Waste and Recovery Operations, you should refer to Table 1 of this subpart.
  2. (b)For the purposes of this subpart, when you read the term off-site material in a cross-referenced section under 40 CFR part 63, subpart DD—National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Off-Site Waste and Recovery Operations you should substitute the term remediation material, as defined in § 63.7957.
  3. (c)For the purposes of this subpart, when you read the term regulated material in a cross-referenced section under 40 CFR part 63, subparts OO, PP, QQ, RR, TT, UU, WW, and VV you should substitute the term remediation material, as defined in § 63.7957.
