  1. (a)This subpart applies to each miscellaneous coating manufacturing affected source as defined in paragraph (b) of this section.
  2. (b)The miscellaneous coating manufacturing affected source is the miscellaneous coating manufacturing operations as defined in § 63.7985(b).
  3. (c)An affected source is a new affected source if you commenced construction or reconstruction after April 4, 2002, and you met the applicability criteria at the time you commenced construction or reconstruction.
