40 CFR §63.8030

1. (a)You must comply with the requirements specified in Table 6 to this subpart that apply to your heat exchange systems, except as specified in paragraphs (b) through (e) of this section.
2. (b)The phrase a chemical manufacturing process unit meeting the conditions of § 63.100(b)(1) through (b)(3) of this section in § 63.104(a) means the miscellaneous coating manufacturing operations defined in § 63.7985(b) for the purposes of this subpart.
3. (c)The reference to § 63.100(c) in § 63.104(a) does not apply for the purposes of this subpart.
4. (d)The reference to § 63.103(c)(1) in § 63.104(f)(1) does not apply. For the purposes of this subpart, records must be retained as specified in § 63.10(b)(1).
5. (e)The reference to the periodic report required by § 63.152(c) of subpart G of this part means the compliance report required by § 63.8075(e) for the purposes of this subpart.
