40 CFR §63.8480

1. (a)You must submit all of the notifications in §§ 63.7(b) and (c), 63.8(f)(4), and 63.9(b) through (e), (g)(1), and (h) that apply to you, by the dates specified.
2. (b)You must submit all of the notifications specified in Table 8 to this subpart that apply to you, by the dates specified.
3. (c)If you are required to conduct a performance test or other initial compliance demonstration as specified in Tables 4 and 5 to this subpart, your Notification of Compliance Status as specified in Table 8 to this subpart must include the information in paragraphs (c)(1) through (3) of this section.
   1. (1)The requirements in § 63.9(h)(2)(i).
   2. (2)The operating limit parameter values established for each affected source with supporting documentation and a description of the procedure used to establish the values.
   3. (3)For each APCD that includes a fabric filter, if a bag leak detection system is used, analysis and supporting documentation demonstrating conformance with EPA guidance and specifications for bag leak detection systems in § 63.8450(e).
