  1. (a)For Program 1 processes, the owner or operator shall submit in the RMP the certification statement provided in § 68.12(b)(4).
  2. (b)For all other covered processes, the owner or operator shall submit in the RMP a single certification that, to the best of the signer's knowledge, information, and belief formed after reasonable inquiry, the information submitted is true, accurate, and complete.
