1. (a)Chemical substance and significant new uses subject to reporting.
   1. (1)The chemical substance identified as [1,1'-Biphenyl]-2,2'-disulfonic acid, 4-[2-(4,5-dihydro-3-methyl-5-oxo-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)diazenyl]-4'-[2-(2-hydroxy-1-naphthalenyl)diazenyl]-, sodium salt (1:2) (PMN P-07-679; CAS No. 6470-20-8) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.
   2. (2)The significant new uses are:
      1. (i)Industrial, commercial, and consumer activities. Requirements as specified in § 721.80 (f), (v)(2), and (x)(2).
      2. (ii)[Reserved]
2. (b)Specific requirements. The provisions of subpart A of this part apply to this section except as modified by this paragraph.
   1. (1)Recordkeeping. Recordkeeping requirements as specified in § 721.125(a), (b), (c), and (i) are applicable to manufacturers, importers, and processors of this substance.
   2. (2)Limitations or revocation of certain notification requirements. The provisions of § 721.185 apply to this section.
