The definitions in subpart A of this part apply to this Subpart unless otherwise specified in this section. In addition, the following definitions apply: ECEL has the same meaning as in § 751.5 and for CTC, is an airborne concentration of carbon tetrachloride of 0.03 parts per million (ppm) calculated as an eight (8)-hour time-weighted average (TWA). ECEL action level means a concentration of airborne carbon tetrachloride of 0.02 parts per million (ppm) calculated as an eight (8)-hour time-weighted average (TWA).
