  1. (a)Hearing requests must be submitted using the method specified in § 790.5(b). Such requests must include the applicant's basis for appealing EPA's decision.
  2. (b)If more than one applicant has requested a hearing on similar grounds, all of those appeals will be considered at the same hearing unless confidentiality claims preclude a joint hearing.
  3. (c)EPA will notify each applicant of EPA's decision within 60 days after the hearing.
