  1. (a)Starting May 18, 2020, reports and petitions that are available to be submitted through the Central Data Exchange or another format specified by EPA, as well as any related supporting documents, must be submitted through that tool.
  2. (b)Entities can register and access the Central Data Exchange as follows:
    1. (1)Go to EPA's Central Data Exchange website at https://cdx.epa.gov and follow the links for the submission of ozone-depleting substances.
    2. (2)Call EPA's Central Data Exchange Help Desk at 1-888-890-1995.
    3. (3)Email the EPA's Central Data Exchange Help Desk at HelpDesk@epacdx.net.
