  1. (a)As used in this part, all terms not defined in this section shall have the meaning given them by the Act.
  2. (b)Act means the Clean Air Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. §§ 7401-7671).
  3. (c)Agency means the Environmental Protection Agency.
  4. (d)Administrator means the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
