  1. (a)Basis. This section implements section 1902(a)(10)(A)(ii) of the Act.
  2. (b)Eligibility. The agency may provide Medicaid to individuals under age 21 (or, at State option, under age 20, 19, or 18) or to one or more reasonable classifications of individuals under age 21 who meet the requirements described in any clause of section 1902(a)(10)(A)(ii) of the Act and implementing regulations in this subpart.
