After a State notifies an MCO, PCCM or PCCM entity that it intends to terminate the contract, the State may do the following:
  1. (a)Give the entity's enrollees written notice of the State's intent to terminate the contract.
  2. (b)Allow enrollees to disenroll immediately without cause.
