Facilities with standard-level deficiencies may be certified under § 442.101 with a condition that the certification will continue if either of the following applies:
  1. (a)The survey agency finds that all deficiencies have been satisfactorily corrected.
  2. (b)The survey agency finds that the facility has made substantial progress in correcting the deficiencies and has a new plan of correction that is acceptable.
