42 CFR §488.1015

1. (a)Except as provided in paragraph (b) of this section, a home infusion therapy accrediting organization whose request for CMS's approval or re-approval of an accreditation program has been denied, or a home infusion therapy accrediting organization that has voluntarily withdrawn an initial application, may resubmit its application if the home infusion therapy accrediting organization satisfies all of the following requirements:
   1. (1)Revises its home infusion therapy accreditation program to address the issues related to the denial of its previous request or its voluntary withdrawal.
   2. (2)Resubmits the application in its entirety.
2. (b)If a home infusion therapy accrediting organization has requested, in accordance with § 488.1050, a reconsideration of CMS's disapproval, it may not submit a new application for approval of a home infusion therapy accreditation program until such reconsideration is administratively final.
