The master or person in charge of a self-propelled unit shall ensure that the unit has the following adequate, up to date, and appropriate items for the intended voyage:
  1. (a)Charts.
  2. (b)Sailing directions.
  3. (c)Coast pilots.
  4. (d)Light lists.
  5. (e)Notices to mariners.
  6. (f)Tide Tables.
  7. (g)Current Tables.
  8. (h)All other nautical publications necessary. 1
