An OSV of at least 6,000 GT ITC (500 GRT if GT ITC is not assigned) must obtain and maintain the following international certificates as a prerequisite to obtaining a Certificate of Inspection:
  1. (a)Cargo Ship Safety Construction Certificate in accordance with the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, as amended (SOLAS, 1974, as amended).
  2. (b)Cargo Ship Safety Equipment Certificate in accordance with SOLAS, 1974, as amended.
  3. (c)Safety Management Certificate in accordance with SOLAS, 1974, as amended.
  4. (d)International Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate in accordance with the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution at Sea, as amended (MARPOL 73/78).
  5. (e)International Air Pollution Prevention Certificate in accordance with MARPOL 73/78.
  6. (f)International Load Line Certificate in accordance with the International Convention on Load Lines, 1966, as subsequently modified by its Protocol of 1988, as amended.
