  1. (a)All offshore supply vessels of 500 gross tons or over to which 33 CFR part 96 applies, on an international voyage must have a valid Safety Management Certificate and a copy of their company's valid Document of Compliance certificate on board.
  2. (b)A Safety Management Certificate is issued for a period of not more than 60 months.
