The dangerous cargo manifest must include the following:
  1. (a)The name and official number of the vessel. If the vessel has no official number, the international radio call sign must be substituted;
  2. (b)The nationality of the vessel;
  3. (c)The name of the material as listed in Table 148.10 of this part;
  4. (d)The hold or cargo compartment in which the material is being transported;
  5. (e)The quantity of material loaded in each hold or cargo compartment; and
  6. (f)The signature of the master acknowledging that the manifest is correct, and the date of the signature.
