  1. (a)Each inspection and test report required by this subpart shall comply with § 159.005-11 of this chapter.
  2. (b)The U.S. Coast Guard reserves the right to make any inspection or test it deems necessary to determine the conformance of the materials and equipment to this subpart.
  3. (c)The facilities, materials, and labor for all tests shall be furnished at no cost to the U.S. Coast Guard.
