  1. (a)There must be provided 1 shower for each 10 persons or fraction thereof and 1 wash basin for each 6 persons or fraction thereof for all persons who do not occupy rooms to which private or semi-private facilities are attached.
  2. (b)All wash basins and showers must be equipped with adequate plumbing, including hot and cold running fresh water.
