  1. (a)Flammable solids and oxidizing materials used as chemical stores and reagents are governed by subparts 194.15 and 194.20.
  2. (b)Oxidizing materials used as blasting agents are regulated by the appropriate portions of 49 CFR parts 172, 173, and 176.
