  1. (a)Other Regulated Materials (DOT Hazard Class “ORM”) as chemical stores and reagents shall be governed by appropriate portions of subparts 194.15 and 194.20 of this part.
  2. (b)Other Regulated Materials (DOT Hazard Class “ORM”) which are not chemical stores and reagents shall be regulated by the appropriate portions of 49 CFR parts 172, 173, and 176.
