  1. (a)Documents filed shall be subscribed: (1) By the person or persons filing same, (2) by an officer thereof if it be a corporation, (3) by an officer or employee if it be a government instrumentality, or (4) by an attorney or other person having authority with respect thereto.
  2. (b)Documents submitted pursuant to stipulation of counsel where no sponsoring witness will be used must be verified.
