  1. (a)Organic fluid vaporizers must meet the requirements of PVG-1 through PVG-12 of Section I of the ASME BPVC (incorporated by reference; see § 52.01-1).
  2. (b)The Commandant must approve the application and end use of organic fluid vaporizer generators.
