Only the following listed instruments are eligible for filing and recording:
  1. (a)Bills of sale and instruments in the nature of bills of sale;
  2. (b)Deeds of gift;
  3. (c)Mortgages and assignments, assumptions, supplements, amendments, subordinations, satisfactions, and releases thereof;
  4. (d)Preferred mortgages and assignments, assumptions, supplements, amendments, subordinations, satisfactions, and releases thereof;
  5. (e)Interlender agreements affecting mortgages, preferred mortgages, and related instruments; and
  6. (f)Notices of claim of lien, assignments, amendments, and satisfactions and releases thereof.
