  1. (a)When title to a vessel has passed by court action, that passage must be established by copies of the relevant court order(s) certified by an official of the court.
  2. (b)When authority to transfer a vessel has been conferred by court action, that authority must be established by copies of the relevant court order(s) certified by an official of the court.
