2. (b)A line drawn from the lookout tower located in approximate position latitude 46°13.6′ N. longitude 124°00.7′ W. to latitude 46°12.8′ N. longitude 124°08.0′ W. (Columbia River Entrance Lighted Whistle Buoy “2”); thence to latitude 46°14.5′ N. longitude 124°09.5′ W. (Columbia River Entrance Lighted Bell Buoy “1”); thence to North Head Light.
