  1. (a)The annual inspection will be made only upon the written application of the master, owner, or agent of the vessel on Form CG-3752, Application for Inspection of U.S. Vessel, to the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection, at or nearest the port where the vessel is to be inspected.
  2. (b)You must submit your application for the annual inspection at least 30 days before your current certificate of inspection expires.
