  1. (a)The provisions of this subpart, with the exception of §§ 95.50-80 and 95.50-90, as applicable, apply to all vessels, other than unmanned barges and fishing vessels, contracted for on or after November 19, 1952.
  2. (b)Vessels contracted for prior to August 22, 2016 and on or after November 19, 1952, must meet the requirements of § 95.50-80.
  3. (c)Vessels contracted for prior to November 19, 1952, must meet the requirements of § 95.50-90.
