  1. (a)The Department's implementation of the Freedom of Information Act is codified in regulations under 43 CFR part 2, subparts A and B.
  2. (b)It is the policy of the Department to alert prospective contractors which place restrictions on the disclosure and use of proposal data that certain data may be subject to disclosure under a Freedom of Information Act request. (See 1415.207 and 1452.215-71.)
