48 CFR §225.7004-4

1. (a)The statute at 10 U.S.C. 4864(h) prohibits the use of contract clauses or certifications to implement the restriction at 225.7004-2(b) for naval vessel components.
2. (b)Agencies shall accomplish implementation of the restriction at 225.7004-2(b) through use of management and oversight techniques that achieve the objectives of this section without imposing a significant management burden on the Government or the contractor involved.
