Use the provisions and clauses required by 227-7103-6 and 227.7203-6 when the acquisition is limited to—
  1. (a)Construction supplies or materials;
  2. (b)Experimental, developmental, or research work, or test and evaluation studies of structures, equipment, processes, or materials for use in construction; or
  3. (c)Both.
